Delivery Information

Our standard carriage charge is £4.95 on most of our lighting. This charge applies to deliveries to Mainland UK only.

You will only be charged for one delivery charge no matter how many items you order – provided these can all be despatched at one time and to one delivery address. This may affect the delivery time quoted – we will advise you of this by email.

Olive Tree Lighting will endeavour to ship stock orders on a standard delivery within 3 -5 working days subject to stock availability, but at busy times delivery may take slightly longe

If there is a delay of delivery on 'in-stock' items beyond the normal 3 -5 working days period we will contact you by email to inform you of the progress with your order.

For deliveries to Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Ireland etc, please contact us for a carriage quotation.

We are able ship worldwide. Please contact us for a quotation.

Delivery Instructions

Signatures are required for standard delivery.

Please be advised if you are not available to sign for your delivery and do not notify us that the parcel can be left you may incur the charge of redelivery.

If the couriers are unable to deliver a calling card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery.

Please note that if an order is of high value then we may send it on a service which does require a signature regardless of whether you give instructions.

By specifying a place that you would like the courier to leave the parcel without a signature - you are accepting liability if the parcel goes missing after being left in the place that you have specified, and we will not be able compensate you for this. If you are concerned that there is not a safe place then please give a delivery address where someone will be in to accept the delivery.

Availability Dates

As we may ship our products directly from different locations, all of our due dates are approximate and subject to a number of possible shipping/customs/manufacturing delays. We endeavour to fulfil orders as soon as possible but regrettably may not always be able to keep you updated with changes on due dates due to volume of orders.

Overseas orders

If you are ordering from overseas please contact us for a delivery quotation, so that we may advise you prior to ordering.

Courier Collections

Please ensure that you understand when placing an order, that if something is wrong and you need to return it then our courier does not offer timed or weekend collections, and someone needs to be in when the collection takes place.
